Message	noise myself. And, when I pulled my oil pan and rod caps, #1 bearing was shot. And, I had already tried the JWT VTC springs before I pulled the pan. It was pretty much the "textbook" description of rod knock from what I read online. Very distinctive sound when holding the rpms at 2500-3000 rpm, blipping the gas and letting the revs fall.
